All Access Branding - Drew Colby

All Access is a yearly conference held at LCBC that's centered around sharing practical ministry solutions with other church organizations through main sessions, breakouts, and conversations with LCBC Staff. My role was to refresh the branding and carry out key assets such as LED stage graphics, day-of booklet, indoor signage, and presenter slide packages.

The branding for All Access stems from LCBC's base-cooperate branding and refreshes yearly. The balancing act that's worked through with each year, is making sure the current branding feels fresh and new without straying too far from LCBC's branding. This year's revised color palette hinted at the launch of a leadership collective that would be revealed at the event.

Some assets are not updated each year but those that are seen and interacted with the most, like the booklet, room signs, and LED stage graphics are given the majority of time and attention. Previous years' booklets contained a spread for each breakout offered throughout the day. To simplify and condense pages, we updated the structure of the booklet to only have three breakout spreads since attendees can attend a maximum of three breakouts throughout the day.
